Explore the Taste of Vietnamese Cuisine

One of the most effective ways to discover a culture is to start with its cuisine, which keeps inside it a long history of that country and stories about culture and people. Few countries in the world reward a culinary adventure more than Vietnam, whose reputation is predominantly in street food.

Vietnamese food has been highly appreciated internationally thanks to the global popularity of some prominent dishes, such as Pho or Banh Mi. However, there are more to explore about Vietnamese Cuisine.

Pho - Vietnamese Rice Noodle Soup

Pho is a signature Vietnamese dish, and it is interesting to know the difference between Northern and Southern Vietnamese Pho. The taste of clear, light and gentle broth from long hours of cooking beef parts and bones is a highlight for the Northern Pho. Meanwhile, it is much sweeter for the Southern Pho since sweetness means better taste. Northern Pho has simple but delicately-cooked chicken meat or beef that will surely satisfy your food cravings.
