GSM and VinUniversity advance strategic partnership to develop next-generation talent

On 08 April 2026, VinUniversity and Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a strategic step toward deeper industry–academia integration in the green mobility sector.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both organizations. Representing GSM, Ms. Dao Thuy Van – Director of Human Resources Division; Ms. Mai Thuy Hang – Director of Training & Culture Development – joined leaders across Human Resources, Training, and Culture Development.
From VinUniversity, the ceremony welcomed Professor Tan Yap Peng – Provost; Professor Sunmee Choi – Vice Provost of External Engagement; along with faculty and staff.
As a pioneering company in green and smart mobility, GSM recognizes VinUniversity as a priority talent partner in co-developing structured pathways from internships to full-time employment, while contributing directly to the development of job-ready graduates.
Through this partnership, VinUni students will gain expanded opportunities to work on real-world GSM business challenges through Capstone projects, participate in talent development initiatives, and explore global career pathways within a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization.
