Biography
Hao Pham is Chief Human Resources Officer of VinUniversity for the last 4 years. She has been one of the key members since VinUni is still a project at Times City. Before joining VinUni, she has worked for Australian Institute of Management, Microsoft, Haygroup and Vingroup Headquarter. She has master’s degree in human resources management, certified practitioner by SHRM (Society of HRM), certified Master Coach by ITD.
