Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between VinUniversity and the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology: Fostering Collaboration in Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation

On June 26, 2025, in Hanoi, VinUniversity (VinUni) and the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant milestone in the partnership between two of Vietnam’s leading educational institutions. Attending the ceremony were Associate Professor Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President of PTIT, Professor Dr. David Bangsberg, President of VinUni, along with representatives from the leadership teams of both institutions.

According to the MOU, VinUni and PTIT will collaborate on a wide range of activities, including:
- Organizing faculty and student exchange programs;
- Cooperating in scientific research and technology development;
- Co-hosting thematic workshops, academic forums, and scientific events;
- Enhancing support for students from both universities to access internship, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities;
- Sharing academic resources, research data, and facilities for teaching and learning.

In his remarks at the signing ceremony, Professor Dr. David Bangsberg, President of VinUni: “This agreement affirms VinUni’s steadfast commitment to establishing a robust network of cooperation with domestic educational partners, with the objective of cultivating a high-caliber workforce that is well-prepared for global integration.”
The leadership of both institutions expressed their strong belief that the signed Memorandum of Understanding will lay a solid foundation and serve as an essential premise for advancing managerial and operational excellence, while simultaneously enhancing scientific, technological, and innovation capacities. These efforts are expected to make meaningful contributions to the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of both parties.
