The Research Management Office (RMO) is pleased to announce the APC Support Scheme for AY 2025–2026, which provides financial assistance for VinUniversity faculty and researchers publishing in Open Access journals.

How to Apply

Requests for APC support are accepted through the BASE system until May 31, 2026.

Applications and document submissions are conducted via the BASE system.

Details

• The APC must not have been funded by other sources (subject to audit).
• Support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The maximum fundable amount is up to VND 78,000,000 (approximately USD 3,000) per accepted manuscript, inclusive of taxes and related fees.
• Eligible papers must be published in Q1 Scopus-indexed journals or Rank A/A* conferences.
• The applicant must be the first or corresponding author, and all VinUni authors must list VinUniversity as their primary affiliation.
• All applications will be reviewed by RMO and approved by the Director of Research and Innovation.
