GREEN-X is a research and innovation center focused on smart green transformation, conducting scientific research, technology development, and policy consulting in areas such as carbon emission tracking, smart aquaculture, urban circular economy, green economic policy, and innovation competitiveness measurement—aiming to promote sustainable development and enhance the competitiveness of localities and businesses.
