VinUniversity is seeking a Research Collaborator under a service contract to support the development of a Digital Learning Research Lab initiative and related research activities.

POSITION INFORMATION

• Position title: Research Collaborator
• Project: VASCOM (PI Prof. Laurent El Ghaoui)
• Contract type: Service Contract
• Contract duration: 06 months (object to extension)
• Maximum workload: Up to 768 hours
• Work location: VinUniversity campus or other agreed locations, with regular coordination via email and online communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Research Collaborator will contribute to the development of research initiatives and collaborative activities related to digital learning and research capacity building at VinUniversity. Key responsibilities include:

1. Research Development

• Lead the literature review process to support the conceptual development of research initiatives related to digital learning.
• Lead the preparation and writing of a proposal for establishing the Digital Learning Research Lab at VinUniversity.

2. Research Collaboration and Outreach

• Coordinate outreach activities with relevant stakeholders and potential partners.
• Foster collaboration with researchers, institutions, and partners involved in digital learning research.

3. Research Output

• Contribute to the development of one peer-reviewed research manuscript.

4. Project Coordination

• Serve as the primary contact point for the project.
• Oversee overall project coordination and management, ensuring timely progress and high-quality deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or higher in education, social sciences, public policy, technology, or related fields.
• Experience in academic research, research development, or interdisciplinary research projects.
• Strong academic writing skills and experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate research projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent communication with project partners.
