VinUniversity is seeking a Research Collaborator under a service contract to support multi-module training program on research management. 

POSITION INFORMATION 

Position title: Research Collaborator
Contract type: Service Contract
Contract duration: 03 months (object to extension)
Work location: VinUniversity campus or other agreed locations, with regular coordination via email and online communication. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

The collaborator will undertake the following main tasks: 

Plan and design a multi-module training program on research management, tailored to the needs of VinUni faculty, staff, and students. Specific responsibilities include: 

• Conduct needs assessment and benchmarking to inform the course design. 
• Develop the overall curriculum framework for the research management training program (in a multi-module format). 
• Develop detailed content for each module, including learning objectives, key topics, learning activities, and supporting resources. 
• Coordinate with RMO staff and teaching experts to ensure the course content is relevant, practical, and aligned with VinUni’s academic standards. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in relevant fields (research management, administration, social sciences, or related disciplines). 
• Knowledge of or experience in curriculum design or learning material development, preferably in research management, higher education, or capacity development. 
• Strong skills in research, needs assessment, and developing modular training program structures. 
• Ability to 
• collaborate with relevant stakeholders and use English effectively in developing academic content.
