CEI Digital Materials Science Lab Excited to Collaborate with Prof. Yang Shao-Horn

[Hanoi, Nov 3, 2023] – On November 3, CEI Digital Materials Science Lab had the privilege of hosting Prof. Yang Shao-Horn from MIT. Professor Yang, a distinguished expert in engineering and materials science, joined discussions on collaborative research projects focused on battery materials, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insights to the table.

Welcoming Prof. Yang, alongside Dr. Phung Thi Viet Bac, VinUni Research Management Head, and CEI Executive Director, and Dr. Nguyen Dang Tung, Assistant Professor of College of Engineering and Computer Sciences and a key member of DMS, the visit has ignited great anticipation for future collaborations between CEI Digital Materials Science Lab and Electrochemical Energy Lab.

In addition to sharing her expertise, Prof. Yang also provided valuable guidance on operating a state-of-the-art materials science lab. Her visit has ignited great anticipation for future collaborations between CEI Digital Materials Science Lab and MIT, and the lab is eager to leverage Prof. Yang’s support to further its pioneering work in the field of materials science and engineering.

This visit is a significant step toward enhancing the lab’s capabilities and establishing itself as a hub for cutting-edge research in materials science.
