Biography

  • Hanh Bui is the Director of External Engagement of VinUniversity cum Director of “The Vingroup Science and Technology Scholarship Program for Master’s and Doctoral Degrees for Overseas Study”.
  • Prior to joining VinUniversity, Hanh has had more than 10 years of work experience with the UK and US governments. She served as Vice-Consul at the British Embassy, Hanoi for almost 2 years. Prior to that, she worked for the Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF), an independent U.S. Federal Government agency, for eight years, as Senior Program Manager. At VEF, Hanh managed three educational exchange programs which sent more than 650 Vietnamese nationals to the U.S. for Master’s/Ph.D. studies and post-doctoral training and almost 60 U.S. professors to teach courses in Vietnam.
