Bui Pham Lan Phuong

Ms. Bui Pham Lan Phuong is a higher education leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, internationalization, digital transformation, academic governance, and organizational development. She has extensive experience in university strategy development, partnership building, academic reputation enhancement, curriculum innovation, and operational improvement.

At CAS, she is responsible for VinCore, ensuring that the program is delivered effectively and aligned with VinUni’s core values. She also leads the integration of AI practices into the program, contributes to the redesign and enhancement of VinCore, and works closely with program directors and faculty members from the College of Arts and Sciences to develop new academic directions.

With her combined experience in higher education and organizational management, she hopes to contribute to enhancing academic quality, enriching students’ learning experience, and supporting the continued development of CAS in its next stage.
