Students will take individual photos by college and group photos according to the schedule below:

Guidelines For Students

To ensure a smooth and memorable photography experience, please follow these guidelines:

Attire

We highly recommend you dress in business attire, including a suit or professional dress for the best look when paired with the academic gown, as well as light make up to enhance your appearance in photos.

Changing Attire

VinUniversity will rent academic gowns for all graduates participating in the photography session. Please change into your gown upon arrival at the Auditorium. Our staff from the Student Affairs Management and Registrar Office will be available to assist you with changing into your gown.

Additional Tips

Please arrive at your designated time to avoid any delays. The photographers will provide instructions throughout the session. Please follow their guidance to ensure the best possible results.
