CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WINNERS!

After an intensive review of all the posters submitted, the review committee selected nine (9) posters that represented ideas and approaches that are innovative and have had or have the potential to have a significant positive impact on enhancing the quality of teaching and student learning. These award winners are listed below! Congratulations to all the winners!

About the Awards

We are delighted to announce the Awards jointly hosted by VinUniversity and Center of Teaching Excellence, Institute for Education Quality Assurance, Vietnam National University – Hanoi to invite and recognize creative and innovative ideas from educators to enhance student learning. Educators can present their ideas in the form of a proposal. The top few ideas that are deemed to be the most innovative and have the most potential to be transformative, will get recognized and awarded seed funds for pilot and implementation.

Who is eligible to submit?
Instructors serving at universities and colleges based in Vietnam.

How to participate?

The deadline for submitting proposals is now over. Thanks to everyone who has submitted their ideas, and we look forward to seeing your posters at the Summit on June 17th.

What is the prize?

  • 5,000,000 VND each (up to 10 prizes)
  • Travel and accommodation expenses will also be covered

  • Using technology in teaching
  • Equity, diversity, and inclusivity
  • Learning assessment
  • Building community relationship
  • Experiential learning

  • Industry-engaged learning
  • Faculty/professional development

Our Steering Committee will review the submissions and invite about 20 finalists to attend the Summit and present their ideas as a poster and a video or article (optional). We must receive the poster by June 13. Your final poster should meet the below requirements:

  • Poster size: 80cm (width) x 180cm (height)
  • Submit the digital poster in pdf form to vtls@vinuni.edu.vn

We will print and display the posters in an Idea Showcase. The posters will be also posted on VinUniversity Fanpage and website. Authors are expected to be present during the poster presentation session to discuss their ideas.

Conference attendees will be invited to vote for the best posters on the following criteria (in no particular order):

  1. Potential impact
  2. Creativity
  3. Feasibility for implementation

The Steering Committee will compile the votes and make the final decision. The decision of the committee will be final.
