1. Israel Center for Medical Simulation Center (MSR)

On May 18th 2017, Vingroup signed the cooperative agreement with Israel Center for Medical Simulation (MSR) – the most advanced and progressive multidisciplinary center for simulation-based medical education and training. It is one of the world’s leading centers for patient safety training. Accordingly, MSR has provided VMSC the advisory and consultancy services on the development strategy, establishment and operation of a medical simulation center, including the architectural planning, infrastructure development, recommendations on audio-visual, IT and equipment requirements. Furthermore, MSR has also provided training courses on the management and operation of a simulation center for simulation operators and techicial support staff of VMSC; as well as instructor training courses on AHA and communication skills courses for VMSC’s instructors. Moreover, MSR provides VMSC with course packages and advice on the development of simulation-based curriculum.

2. American Heart Association (AHA)

American Heart Association (AHA) is recognized as the oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke in America. It is also the world leader in CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care training and education. VinUniversity Medical Simulation Center (VMSC) has signed an International Training agreement with American Heart Association (AHA) since May 2018, and VMSC has been certified as a AHA’s International Training Center in Vietnam for Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) provider and instructor courses. During AHA courses, VMSC strictly follows AHA standards and guidelines to ensure the quality of training courses. After completing these AHA courses, trainees will receive an AHA 2-year valid certificates.

3. Vinmec Healthcare System

On August 24, 2020 VinUniversity signed the Affiliation Agreement with Vinmec Healthcare System on Health Sciences Education, Research, and Strategic Collaboration. Vinmec’s experts and clinicians specialized in medicine and nursing were appointed to become affiliate faculty. The faculty will directly participate in academic activities, clinical teaching, as well as research cooperation at VinUniversity. Joint resources and infrastructures will be established to foster the research mission of both Institutions. Especially, Vinmec will collaborate with VinUni as a main teaching hospital providing opportunities for students to meet and obtain practical experiences from Vinmec health systems. Both parties will deploy a strategic alliance in nursing and residency training to provide high quality clinical nurses and specialist doctors for Vinmec.
