This workflow outlines the below 6 standardized stages for receiving, assessing, investigating, and resolving allegations of research misconduct at VinUniversity, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with institutional and legal requirements.<\/p>\n

All individuals involved must complete the required forms according to their assigned responsibilities, including the Allegation Submission Form<\/strong>, Preliminary Screening Record<\/strong>, RAC Review & Recommendation Form<\/strong>, and COEC Final Decision & Notification Form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All parties must comply with the VinUniversity Research Integrity Policy<\/strong><\/a>, ensuring honesty, fairness, and confidentiality.<\/p>\n

Stage 1. Allegation Received<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

  • Verifies that it falls under the scope of \u201cresearch integrity misconduct.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n
