The\u00a0Research\u00a0Management\u00a0Office (RMO)\u00a0requires\u00a0additional\u00a0capacity\u00a0to\u00a0support\u00a0the\u00a0development\u00a0and\u00a0implementation\u00a0of\u00a0research-related\u00a0initiatives\u00a0aligned\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0objectives\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Vision\u00a02030\u00a0Program.\u00a0At\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0time,\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0need\u00a0to\u00a0review,\u00a0evaluate,\u00a0and\u00a0update\u00a0existing\u00a0research\u00a0policies\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0they\u00a0remain\u00a0relevant\u00a0and\u00a0aligned\u00a0with\u00a0VinUni\u2019s\u00a0research\u00a0development\u00a0goals.\u00a0Recruiting\u00a0a\u00a0collaborator\u00a0will\u00a0help\u00a0provide\u00a0dedicated\u00a0support\u00a0for\u00a0these\u00a0tasks\u00a0and\u00a0ensure\u00a0the\u00a0timely\u00a0and\u00a0effective\u00a0implementation\u00a0of\u00a0RMO\u00a0activities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWork\u00a0location:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0VinUniversity\u00a0campus\u00a0or\u00a0other\u00a0agreed\u00a0locations,\u00a0with\u00a0regular\u00a0coordination\u00a0via\u00a0email\u00a0and\u00a0online\u00a0communication.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

The collaborator will undertake the following main tasks under the framework of Campaign 135:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support the Research Management Office (RMO) in developing and implementing research-related initiatives that contribute to the Vision 2030 Program.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist RMO in reviewing, assessing, revising, and updating research policies issued by RMO.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform other related\u00a0tasks\u00a0as\u00a0assigned by the Head of RMO.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    QUALIFICATIONS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Knowledge\u00a0of or\u00a0experience in\u00a0<\/span>research management, research policy, or administration in higher education environments<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong skills in\u00a0<\/span>research, policy analysis, document review, information synthesis, and proposing adjustments when necessary<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to\u00a0<\/span>work proactively, collaborate with relevant stakeholders, and communicate effectively in English<\/span><\/b>\u00a0in an academic environment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
