VinUniversity\u00a0is\u00a0seeking\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span>Research\u00a0Collaborator<\/span><\/b>\u00a0under\u00a0a\u00a0service\u00a0contract\u00a0to\u00a0support\u00a0multi-module\u00a0training\u00a0program\u00a0on\u00a0research\u00a0management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nContract\u00a0duration:<\/span><\/b>\u00a00<\/span>3<\/span>\u00a0months\u00a0(object\u00a0to\u00a0extension)<\/span>
\nWork\u00a0location:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0VinUniversity\u00a0campus\u00a0or\u00a0other\u00a0agreed\u00a0locations,\u00a0with\u00a0regular\u00a0coordination\u00a0via\u00a0email\u00a0and\u00a0online\u00a0communication.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

The collaborator will undertake the following main tasks:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Plan and design a\u00a0<\/span>multi-module training program on research management<\/span><\/b>, tailored to the needs of\u00a0VinUni\u00a0faculty, staff, and students. Specific responsibilities include:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Conduct\u00a0<\/span>needs assessment and benchmarking<\/span><\/b>\u00a0to inform the course design.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop the\u00a0<\/span>overall curriculum framework<\/span><\/b>\u00a0for the research management training program (in a multi-module format).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop\u00a0<\/span>detailed content for each module<\/span><\/b>, including learning\u00a0objectives, key topics, learning activities, and supporting resources.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with\u00a0<\/span>RMO staff and teaching experts<\/span><\/b>\u00a0to ensure the course content is relevant, practical, and aligned with\u00a0VinUni\u2019s\u00a0academic standards.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    QUALIFICATIONS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s or postgraduate degree in relevant fields (research management, administration, social sciences, or related disciplines).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of or experience in\u00a0<\/span>curriculum design or learning material development<\/span><\/b>, preferably in research management, higher education, or capacity development.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong skills in\u00a0<\/span>research, needs assessment, and developing modular training program structures<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • collaborate with relevant stakeholders and use English effectively<\/span><\/b>\u00a0in developing academic content.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
