KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

Key\u00a0responsibilities\u00a0include:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Review and develop user and administrator guidelines for the PIVOT-RP system.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review and support\u00a0VinUni\u00a0full-time faculty in building their profiles on the PIVOT-RP system, ensuring alignment with their\u00a0expertise\u00a0and research directions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide guidance to\u00a0VinUni\u00a0full-time faculty on how to effectively use PIVOT-RP.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Establish at least three research groups on the PIVOT-RP system.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Study and propose options for integrating internal research proposal calls within the PIVOT-RP system.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform other related\u00a0tasks as\u00a0assigned by the Research Management Office (RMO).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    QUALIFICATIONS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s or postgraduate degree in relevant fields (research management, administration, social sciences, or related disciplines).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of or experience working with\u00a0<\/span>research information management systems<\/span><\/b>, academic databases, or research funding opportunity platforms (experience with\u00a0<\/span>PIVOT-RP<\/span><\/b>\u00a0is preferred).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong skills in\u00a0<\/span>information synthesis, development of user guides, and user support<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Good communication\u00a0skills with the ability to\u00a0<\/span>work with and support faculty in an international academic environment<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to\u00a0<\/span>work both independently and collaboratively<\/span><\/b>\u00a0with relevant stakeholders.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficient in English<\/span><\/b>\u00a0for professional communication.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
