Management and supervision of internal research funds and RISE clusters:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Participate in developing, reviewing and updating policies related to the operation of internal research funds and the operation of RISE clusters;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Advise and support the management, supervision and evaluation of the implementation of programs and projects using internal funds<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\">2. External funding:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Proactively research and analyze domestic and foreign funding trends to support the formulation of long-term resource mobilization strategies for VinUni;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Advise on structuring the funding database and monitoring the progress of submitted applications, thereby supporting management-level decision making;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Support research groups in finding suitable funding opportunities, assessing funding conditions, supporting the drafting and submission of funding applications to ensure quality and timeliness.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\">3. Compliance &amp; Reporting:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Advise and coordinate with relevant departments and staff to monitor the implementation of funded projects to ensure compliance with internal regulations and funding requirements;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Synthesize and analyze periodic reports on progress, budget efficiency and impact of research programs;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Propose improvements to enhance transparency, efficiency and risk control in funding management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\">4. Capacity building &amp; professional support:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Advise RMO staff on funding processes, budgeting, project management, and reporting;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Participate in developing and updating tools, forms and guidance to standardize processes and support more effective research activities;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Regularly update and disseminate best practices in funding management and academic research.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\">5.
