Key research areas involve smart charging for electric vehicles, digital twins for eco-friendly communities, developing next-gen battery materials, and assessing carbon stock in Vietnam&#8217;s forests, aiming for significant social and environmental impact.<\/p>\n<h3>Job Description<\/h3>\n<p>The Center for Environmental Intelligence at VinUniversity is seeking a motivated postdoctoral fellow and research assistant with a rich background in electrochemistry, batteries or supercapacitors to be a part of our team, starting between August and December 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct experiments and perform data analysis related to batteries and electrochemistry.<\/li>\n<li>Establish research facilities at VinUniversity, specifically in the field of electrochemistry.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in writing reports, manuscripts, patents, and in the functioning of the lab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree for Research Assistant position, and PhD. for Postdoctoral Fellow in electrochemistry, materials science or relevant fields.<\/li>\n<li>Strong data analysis skills and deep understanding of research methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commitment, teamwork, critical thinking and motivation.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in written English, and fluent oral English skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Offer<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Innovative Research Environment:<\/strong> Work in a highly collaborative setting, connections to established researchers from both domestic and international universities and research institutes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impact-driven projects:<\/strong> Collaborate with industry partners to produce translational research outputs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Competitive Salary:<\/strong> Salary is negotiable based on experience and expertise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to Apply<\/h3>\n<p>Please submit your CV and portfolio of relevant work to CEI office at <a href=\"mailto:cei@vinuni.edu.vn\">cei@vinuni.edu.vn<\/a>, cc Ms. Kim Cuong <a href=\"mailto:cuong.ptk@vinuni.edu.vn\">cuong.ptk@vinuni.edu.vn<\/a>.
