Position Summary: The Center for Environmental Intelligence at VinUniversity seeks a creative and analytically minded Coordinator cum Communications to produce high-quality visual content and effectively communicate complex research findings. This role combines graphic design skills with an understanding of environmental research to create compelling marketing materials.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Create visually appealing graphic designs and infographics to illustrate environmental research concepts and findings<\/li>\n
  2. Develop high-quality visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials<\/li>\n
  3. Collaborate with researchers to understand their work and translate complex scientific information into accessible visual formats<\/li>\n
  4. Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, and digital assets<\/li>\n
  5. Create and edit short videos highlighting research projects and faculty work<\/li>\n
  6. Manage the Center’s social media presence and website content<\/li>\n
  7. Contribute to the development of newsletters and research updates<\/li>\n
  8. Support the creation of presentations for conferences and public events<\/li>\n
  9. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Proven experience in graphic design and visual content creation<\/li>\n
    2. Proficiency in design software<\/li>\n
    3. Basic understanding of environmental science concepts and research methodologies<\/li>\n
    4. Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n
    5. Strong written and verbal communication abilities<\/li>\n
    6. Ability to understand and simplify complex scientific information<\/li>\n
    7. Experience with video editing software is a plus<\/li>\n
    8. Familiarity with social media marketing and content management systems<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n
      3. Strong time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n

        Additional Information: This position is based in Hanoi, with the possibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements. The initial contract is for one year, with the potential for renewal based on performance.<\/p>\n
