Are satellite images an undeniable, reliable tool in our mastery and appropriation of space? If not, what are its limits and what other method(s) to add to it? More specifically, how to use remote sensing to make it a safe, solid vector of data and information? Appearing as a critique \u2013 in the noble sense of the term \u2013 of remote sensing, reinforced by Dominique Laffly’s 35 years own practice, this seminar is part of an epistemological approach necessary for a human science awaiting ever greater efficiency and \u2013 let’s not be afraid of the word \u2013 useful for all of us.<\/p>\n
