(Deepak Chopra, 21st century)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Maintaining and sustaining good health is most likely the most complex, the most trans-disciplinary and the most elusive human endeavor of our time. The complexity arises not only because of the physical disease management, prevention, cure and recovery, but also because of the innumerable processes that are involved, and the nature of human interactions in\u00a0 each of those processes. This presentation will present some ideas for operational and service excellence in healthcare services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Speaker:\u00a0<\/strong>Rohit Verma (Professor, Operations Technology and Information Management area; School of Hotel Administration) is the Founding Provost\/Rector (Chief Academic Officer) of VinUniversity, Hanoi (Vietnam).
