Biography
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Viet graduated Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 2008 at National University of Civil Engineering, Master of Business Administration in 2014 at La Trobe University (Australia), and Bachelor of Laws in 2018 at Hanoi Law University.
Mr Viet joined Vinmec Healthcare System since 2015. In 2017, Mr Viet has promoted as Chief Operating Officer of Vinmec Medical Simulation Center, leading the establishment and development of this center. He has had a great contribution in the strategic partnership between VMSC with MSR – World-class Medical Simulation Center, developed many simulation-based medical education programs, and supported VMSC to become the official International Training Center of AHA in Vietnam, and recently obtained the provisional accreditation certified by Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSiH) – the world’s largest organization dedicated to medical simulation. In 2018, Mr Viet has promoted as Director of Operations, VinUniversity Project, leading all VinUni’s operational activities, especially the set up of VinUni campus in Vinhomes Ocean Park, including design, construction, supervision, procurement, purchasing, and campus operations, etc.
Before joining Vingroup, Mr Viet worked for Egis International, a global company specialized in transportation and construction consultancy, participated in management of 03 World Bank-funded projects & 02 ADB-funded projects throughout Vietnam.
