Amy had her background in Commerce and Event Management, then she decided to step into a hotelier life by obtaining a Master Degree in International Hospitality Management at Swiss Hotel Management School. After graduation, she joined Minor Hotels Group as a Management Trainee and played the role of Assistant Manager, Manager in several resort outlets, relocated between Maldives and Thailand.

After 2 years immersing herself in the luxury service industry, she believes that the gloriousness of hospitality does not come solely from tangible images, but the intangible assets of a person’s skills, mindsets and manners. Joining VinUniversity, Amy’s desire is to bring “Hospitality” – which is still a new yet ambiguous term – become visualized and meaningful to the young generation who are dedicatedly persuing a service-oriented and human-centric career path.
