ABOUT THE POSITION

HR Department at VinUniversity is looking for the entrepreneurial-minded HRBP Officer who is passionate about HR career in a fast-changing international higher education environment.

The HRBP Officer will report to Human Resources Manager and will work as a business partner for all HR related matters including recruitment, learning, compensation and benefits, employee relations…. You will work closely with our leaders, to support them in various management situations, as well as develop and implement HR processes and policies whilst ensuring, the effective delivery of an excellent, customer-focused HR service to the Colleges.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Communicate and implement a range of HR initiatives including but not limited to: recruitment, compensation & benefits, internal communications and culture events of the College.
  • Be the VinUni Culture Ambassador to promote and embody the university‘s core values and culture, foster a vibrant and inclusive community that aligns with VinUniversity‘s mission and vision.
  • Be the frontline contact points to HR related matters at the College
  • Support in recruiting fulltime and adjunct faculty/visiting faculty/industry expert/distinguished professors/teaching assistants/Academic Assistants/Staff… of the College.
  • Proceed with contracts, complete payments/taxes/documents for the above target group.
  • Support onboarding for the above target group (visa, accommodation, air tickets, insurance, welcome and support while working in Vietnam, orientation, Hanoi tour, VinUni campus tour…).
  • Support with promotion, appointment and contract renewal.
  • Manage & maintain accurate adjunct faculty data, adjunct budget, personnel issues related to adjunct.
  • Handle employee relation issues and propose solutions.
  • HR reporting and administration.
  • Join with team for other relevant HR matters, projects and events.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Graduated from a prestige university in HRM, Business or related field.
  • 05 years of HR experience or equivalent in a sophisticated diverse environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
  • Critical competencies needed: Cultural sensitivity, Communication, Critical thinking, Achievement oriented, Adaptability, Digital literacy, Discipline and Resilience.
  • Knowledge of labor code and work permit/visa for foreign employees is an advantage.
