Entrepreneurial Initiatives: This course aims at positioning VinUni as a powerhouse of innovation, and at developing in VinUni students the entrepreneurial mindset that will enable them to establish their own initiatives. The Entrepreneurship Initiatives component is a set of externally-oriented activities that provide students with real-world experience in entrepreneurial settings. This comprises a comprehensive program that covers the entire journey of university life from first year to the last year of the students’ education program.

 

 

Organizational Behavior introduces students theoretically and practically to key facets of leadership in organizations. It lays the foundations for student’ to becoming influential leaders who can effectively work in local and global teams. The course covers aspects of self-leadership through developing self-awareness, critical thinking, resilience, and a global mindset. It cultivates interpersonal leadership by addressing perspective taking, conflict management, and effective feedback, and strengthens team leadership skills. Students develop skills through theoretical lectures, case study analysis, individual and team assignments, and self-reflection.

 

 

Agile Innovation aims to provide students with a basic understanding of the entrepreneurial and innovation mindset and the opportunity to learn about and develop behaviors related to successful entrepreneurs and innovators. Skills to be taught include opportunity identification, idea generation, design thinking, building and leading an innovative team, optimizing creativity, seeking customer feedback, and prototyping. This hands-on course will allow students to refine their innovation skills and develop confidence in their creativity.
