Upon accepting the offer letter and submitting the registration fee, applicants will receive detailed guidance regarding the academic year and subsequent steps, including important dates, events, and preparations for the first year at VinUni.

At the time of registration, students must present notarized documents to verify identity, GPA, residency status (local or international), and any other required documentation to ensure compliance with VinUni’s admission requirements and those of the Ministry of Education and Training for university enrollment in Vietnam.

VinUni conducts a comprehensive review process to understand applicants as "well-rounded individuals." Each application is thoroughly evaluated by VinUni's faculty members and experts in relevant fields, and it undergoes a screening and evaluation process through the following stages:
Pre-Screening
VinUni will screen out applications that do not meet the necessary criteria, such as grade level, low GPA, incomplete or poorly written applications.
Online Application Review
Faculty members and the admissions committee will review each application to determine the eligibility for scholarships and make decisions on potential offers.
Interview - Personal Evaluation
The university will extend an invitation to the Interview Round to gain further insights into the applicant following the online application review. The interview may be conducted in person at VinUni or online via Zoom, based on the applicant's preference.
Acceptance
All accepted applicants will automatically be considered for merit-based scholarships. Applicants offered merit scholarships must respond by either accepting or declining the offer within the time frame specified in the offer letter.
